Seniors Ministry
One of our most exciting adult groups is the Young at Heart. This group of senior adults is one of the most vibrant, progressive, and active groups in our church.
The Young at Heart group is for those ages 50 and above. We meet at least one time a month – having a potluck luncheon or going out to a restaurant. We often take day trips. Once or twice a year we take road trips of two nights or longer. We enjoy our annual Christmas party – all food furnished – playing games and exchanging gifts.

Adults are “in charge” of the morning service and enjoy lunch following the service in the Family Life Center. The Senior Adult Choir sings during that service as well as each fifth Sunday morning of the month.
We minister outside our group on different occasions. We have been able to donate money to other ministries in the church - the Inner City, Children, Youth – as well as to various missionaries and the needy at Christmas.
We have lots of fun and fellowship whenever we get together! If you are a senior adult, the “time of your life” awaits you with the Young at Heart!
