Satellite Service
On the last Sunday morning of the month beginning at 8 a.m., a service is held at our inner city campus located at the Bankhead Towers, which houses low-income elderly and disabled persons. We worship together through singing, giving offerings, preaching, and observing the Lord’s Supper. After the service, breakfast is served to everyone in attendance. The men and women who attend this service are as much a part of our church as anyone.
On Sunday mornings, the group leaves at 7:30 a.m. and normally returns before 9:30 a.m. in time for Sunday School.
Ministry guidelines are available to all those interested in participating. Regardless of how many volunteers may come to help, we always have enough work to go around for everyone. This is a great opportunity to show the love of Christ to others by preferring our brothers and sisters before ourselves.
