Media Ministry

The media ministry at the Adamsville Church of God has existed in various forms over the years. The purpose of which is to assist in communicating the message of the church. Today, it consists of the sound department, the video department, and church advertising.

The sound department, consisting of the sound technician working closely with the minister of music, strives each and every week to enhance the worship experience of those in attendance by ensuring that the praise and the Word that goes forth from the pulpit area can be pleasantly heard by the congregation. Truly, a good sound department is one that the church doesn't even know exists because it only enhances the service and never detracts from it.

By utilizing television and radio, the Media Department has been able to convey the message of the church to the general public. Several television commercials have aired that send the purpose of our church ("a church to come home to") across television stations in the Birmingham area.
